Charvel 375 Deluxe

A couple years back I purchased a Charvel 375 deluxe from ebay. I was just curious about the neck plate. It has a 9 digit jackson neck plate on the back. I haven't been able to find a 9 digit neck plate elsewhere and was wondering if this came stock or if somebody had put this together?

Sounds like someone put it together.
It should have came with a Charvel branded neck plate with a 6 digit (3xxxxx) serial number.
