  • Jackson Kelly Performer - good choice?

Hello everyone, I've been reading this forum for quite a long time, but it's my first post

I never had a Jackson before, but I always loved them for shapes and comfortable necks. Now I have possibility to trade one of my guitars, ESP LTD M-200 for a Japanese Kelly Performer with EMGs 81 & 85 and a hardcase. Is it a good deal? Do those performers have good quality and sound? I will be very gratefull for all opinions. Thanks in advance Btw, here is that exact guitar, I know the site is in strange language (polish), but you can take a look at photos :P

That looks like a nice one with the trans finish and all. The emgs are a nice upgrade if you like emgs. Seems to be in pretty decent shape. The weak point is probably the trem as it is a cheap copy of the schaller and its not made as well. But it looks pretty clean so its probably not all worn out yet. Im not sure on the value of the ltd but they are probably more common than Jacksons in Poland so Im gonna say it looks like a decent trade if you really want the kelly shape.

Really it is a good choice and there are many interesting things here to know and Jackson Kelly is a nice one option.
