Serial # inquiries

Anyone know if Jackson custom shop is still responding to serial # inquiries?

They've always responded to my e-mails fairly promptly in the past, but my last one has gone unansered. I e-mailed the usual mindspring.com address.. maybe the e-mail has changed with the Fender reorg? Would really like to know if my latest acquisition ('86 Jackson Custom) matches the books.

The short answer is ... right now no.... but there is some work in the background to hopefully change that
