Nice guitar. Is the finish mangled on the upper horn or is it just a shadow or something?

Cool! If it was mine, I would keep going with the beat look, and instead try to make it look like its been through a nuclear holocaust.

No, no, no. Weve all read the Ebay auction info. Its a secret project by Grover Jackson to continue making Jacksons after the Fender buy out. Only 50 of each design were made before Fender sent a cease and desist order about it. Its super rare and should fetch $1000s. Seriously though, cool guitar.

It's gonna cost more than the guitar is worth and you'll never be able to get the money back out of it.

Grover Jackson models are pretty uncommon, but that doesn't make it more valuable or collectable than the corresponding import Jackson soloist.

I would just live with the damage if you decide the guitar is a keeper.

I have no idea. Grover Jackson models, Jackson Stars as well as post-model foreign market series Charvels (1991-ish and up) aren't very well documented here, or anywhere, that I'm aware of. I'm also aware that all of these brands had specific models and also a number of limited runs and one-offs.

I've never been able to confirm it, but I'm pretty sure that the Japanese factory also took semi-custom orders for a short while in the 90's.
