Anyone have any clue where to get hold of one of these? I'm after a brass version of the Chrome one as found on the Japanese WildCard #6 Dreamsicle and limited Jake E Lee Purple Strat. I think they are solid milled, similar to the old hooded Dimarzio ones but with grooves for the saddles height adjustment set screws. Contacted Dimarzio, they haven't produced them for years. Contacted Michael Charvel, I think he only has the bent plate type.
As a chrome plated one is one the Wildcard #6, I wonder if the Charvel custom shop have them, and who machines them and who for? Fender? I remember Fender having produced the first version of these, but then Dimarzio had a patent pending after them. Now no one seems able to supply one.
