    Show me your kelly's

    My san dimas has been in the shop since i got her a few months ago.. dropped it off for a tune up and turns out it needed a new Kahler but the dude decided to attempt to save the original and rebuild it .. took some online kahler class to do it to .. make it all official and stuff :think: well its still there .. and i am jonesing for some kelly action .. I did get a full case re-furb out of it .. lol (case was beat to hell when i dropped it off - lining ripped up , hinges broke , literally carried it in under my arm , he had his "case guy" fix it up for free)

    so lets see em .. old and new.. import / use ..

    All of these are gone now, but that's a different story altogether.....

                  nice is that red one just so faded that the wood coming through or was it painted translucent .. .. i have seen a few charvels do that that where a similar red ..

                    trans red with pearl mixed in for a shimmer.
                    A true one piece neck through, no scarf joint, no add on at body.
                    Binding on fret ends.

                        Would like to show mine off But!!

                        I would like to show mine but i can't post photo's. Mine looks a lot like the Red one in the photo's posted,biggest difference mine has 24 fret,quilted blue trans. with brushed chrome hardware and only has a Volume pot. and 3 way switch no tone pot.This was a pawn shop steal of a deal for $75.00 with HS case.I had to replace some rusty screws and the pickup rings. Yeah!!! Hell of a deal!!
