Can you help me to identify this Charvel Jackson?

Hey guys, I was wondering if you can help me to find out what kind of Charvel I have. It's my first guitar, I think I bought at the end of the 90s. Looking on the internet maybe it could be a Charvel Jackson 375 deluxe, but I'm not sure.
After that, I was thinking to keep it alive. Pickup are ruined and rusty, neck is little bend but I think I can fix it. Do you think that I could change pickups? and what can I try to mount? I'd like humbuckers and single coil.

Can't tell from the pics, but if the finish on the headstock matches the finish on the body then it's a fusion custom.

I have one in metallic black - they are great players.
