I like it. Seems legit (don't know about the Tim Calvert part). Back then it wasn't called an SL1 though. Those model names were a later development

Interesting to see a string bar on the headstock ...were those options back in the day or is more likely to be done afterwards?

Very rare to see string bars on Jacksons, period. They were common on ESPs back then.

Looks like a non-recessed trem, cool. I'm not a fan of the string retainer.
