Need ideas for a strathead build

Just to point it out but in the Wasted Years video Adrian is using a black Charvel San Dimas Strat , not his Jackson. Go with the Adrian Smith Jackson.It looks amazing.

And anyone else: Please post some pictures. I've had thoughts in my head of having a solid maple body made, and an old school Lynch Bengal paint job. I have a sweet vintage Seymour Duncan Distortion DDJ in zebra to drop in.

I'm thinking you should do a Gibson basswood Byrdland body w/ a Floyd, 27 fret plywood neck, korina Strat head, 3 Chinese Fender single coil knock offs and Hello Kitty paint graphic...

It is difficult to get another picture but it is a single bridge humbucker and a Floyd Rose that he has on it.

It looks like some of the hardware is chrome. Do you know if all of it is chrome?

It looks like the pickup ring is also Chrome and in the video and picture, it looks like it doesn't have a volume knob in the picture or the video so I'm guessing it's black.

Local guitar king Jeff Loven used to play a Charvel strathead Star in Obsession. I want to say it was an '83, but it could have been 84 or 85. He won another Charvel in a Nat'l Kahler tremelo contest (a strat style) The other guitarist that placed was also from the Twin Cities; Brian Bart, who took 2nd from what I recall. The judges panel was all star, EVH, Vai etc. Competition was held in LA. I can relate to how the angles of the body would give way to a preference for a non strat head headstock. I'm pretty sure he sold both USA Charvels long ago.

this was my last strathead project, jackson woodburn neck fender body. Its got an older BL500L and a jackson logo on it now. Ive got another black (socal) body coming, its getting a rosewood boarded jackson neck (not sure i have a pointy and a strathead neck) and a white/parchment H/S pickguard.
