You'll be fine - the power of positive thought! I'm not sure how they can deal with UK customs for you as I thought that was all done when the item arrived in the country (or the advanced papers anyway). But if it's part of the service you pay for then more power to them.

I'm not exactly sure either. The people I used were BundleBox - they were recommended on the HMRC website. I think they call it "prepaying" the import tax, so I guess once it's worked out how much money that'll be, I pay them and then they pay it when the shipment lands. It'll just save a couple of days I guess; last time I had to pay import tax on something (some t-shirts, I believe!) I got a letter saying that the parcel was being held, I then had to pay online and then they released the shipment. The letter didn't arrive with me until quite a while after the shipment got to port though, so it delayed things quite a bit.
