I have never seen a phil guitar, but isn't it odd that there is more than one with the same basic body and headstock. I really think its some Japanese series that we have never seen. I was able to find a few links using yahoo japan. I just couldn't understand any of them.

The headstocks were different than that (almost angled point like a Jackson but got skinnier at the top and had a similar little notch out of the tip, in both standard and reversed headstocks). Though, it was made by Ibanez for Fender.
