How much is a model 2 worth tops?

is $350.00 too much, should i hold out to find one cheaper?

Too much I think. You used to be able to buy them all day for $150, but I think $250-$275 is a good price for one in very good condition.

No matter how much of a GREAT guitar these are I still have a hard time paying the prices for these now days. I bought 1 for $70 out the door and one for $140 out the door. When I bought my dc125 I was looking for a 1 or 2 but couldn't find one for the price I could get a neck through usa for. But as i found out I'm not really a neck though guy I'd almost rather have the 1 or 2.

you could get 2 Model 2's for $350 so I would say yes, 350 is way is too much. Check on eBay and you can find them cheaper for sure.
