Well iv talked further with the guy selling the USA model, he'll let it go for £600, $950. So theres like $250 difference. If a bidding war starts on the Pro and it nears the price of the USA, ill grab the USA no doubt.

I have a '91 white solist pro. I b ought it from Guitar Center online used a few years ago for $750. It is a 9.5/10 in condition. It is absolutely beautiful. It always stays perfectly in tune. The MOP logo and the frets is perfect. I bought it because I couldn't afford a made in USA soloist and I have never regretted it. In some ways, I feel like I can play the hell out of it and not worry one bit.

Just thought id update you all. The white Pro ended up going for more money than the USA model so you can guess which one is stood in my bedroom right now. The refinish as advertised is a professional job and it looks stunning. This is my first Jackson, and the neck on the USA soloist's is killer. Ill post some pics soon but im too busy playing the thing!
