  • Death Metal with the WRXMG

Here is an HD video from a show I did as a stand in with Vomitory in Czech Republic in July, if anyone is interested in whether the WRXMG is good enough to use in a live situation. IMO, it definitely is!

Way cool, Anders! Your neck got a workout there, eh? "Don't hurt yourself!"

    Love that reverse headstock!

Methinks I should get more wallhangers. That WRXMG is starting to beckon..

Crown control is lame. He told the guy to get off twice?

Yeah Ron, I was sore for a week haha! The trick is to grow longer hair and do this more often... that makes it easier I think.

Thanks man! They had Dual Rectifiers up on stage, and I just plugged in. I didn't change any settings, beacuse I suck at trying to get a Mesa sound nice. Fortunately for me it was already dialed in really well.
A Dual Rectifier is more tricky to use than a 5150 because it's not as forgiving. You have to play really well in order to make it sound good, and that's where I usually encounter problems!

Haha, go get them wallhangers! Yeah, they usually have people running around like crazy on stage, and there was some people up on stage a bit later during the gig, but not as much as the grindcore bands...

Cool! They're calling it quits after this year, which sort of sucks, but they feel that it's time, so I fully understand that.

I'll be doing a show in Finland called Steelfest Open Air with them in May if any of our Finnish members are going? It would be cool to say hi and maybe grab a beer?
