I've had this happen before. Just loosen the strings after the nut is tightened and it's fixed. It will go back to normal soon.
Also, save some work on your stringing up you guitar by letting the ball end touch the tuner and not to extend out. Don't believe the shit you here about it causing damage...no way in hell. String it thru and as mentioned, let the ball end rest on the tuners, extend the string to the end of the saddle screw at the very end of the floyd and snip. Lock string into the saddle and start winding. This will give you about 3 winds per tuner and it's perfect every time....no more guessing if you will.
