Im certain its not a Mustaine signature. A. He had Kahlers B. The only Import Series he had was the "Professional" with his sig and the "Professional" insignia on it. It was only from 93'-95' then it was straight USA KV-1 (and Y2K) until he (sadly) left Jackson. Seems like the newish KVXMG to me. But the passive pickup is a head scratcher though.

Yes, It has to be a KVXMG:

Crafted with the demands of the discernible player in mind, Jackson guitars give you the shapes, finishes and tones you love. From the venerable Rhoads, Soloist, Warrior and more, shop Jackson for the highest performance.

Rosewood fingerboard, Basswood body, EMG81, Floyd rose special...

But why would somebody remove locking nut from a floyded guitar? Not a good idea.
My Jacksons: RR1 x2, RR Pro, Soloist Pro, RRXMG x2, SDX, JS32RR

An attempt at a cheap Mustaine sig likely. He had Kahlers without a locking nut.

It was on the body under the clear coat.

Also that guitar is clearly a fake. It's a Jackson, probably, but no way in hell did Dave ever use that, or even look at it. No Made In USA or Professional on the headstock, wrong pickups (if it's stock, but we all know people like to change those out). I'm on board with the KVXMG theory. Maybe it still has the locking nut and buddy added a bone nut to it? The pictures are pretty bad so it's only a theory.

I met Dave at a NAMM show in Nashville in 04 and asked him if he ever used an import Jackson on tour and he said yeah sure why do you ask?
I said well I saw an old pic of you and I could have sworn it had Jackson then professional on the headstock.
He said well you have your answer then.
He was quite cool actually. He said hey like your shirt man. I had my black Jackson t shirt on BTW.
                Really? well screw Mark Twain.

KV Pro, and yeah Dave played these live a few times, usually when the toured Japan, some of them said Grover Jackson on the headstock beacause Jackson was trademarked by another company in Japan

                    No hay, then don't pay

Just wanted to weigh in on this. There are a LOT of cheaters on EBAY. You need to be careful. If the seller communicates poorly, STAY AWAY.
If the deal is too good to be true, then maybe it is.
Mustaine DID play Jackson imports back in the day. Like one member mentioned earlier, it would have the "Grover Jackson" logo on the headstock.
The Jackson Japanese line even had "Dave Mustaine" models, but this was back in 1996 if I can remember. I was training for my first job in Japan at that time. The ones I remember seeing were all neck through, 24 frets, and APM fixed bridge. I do not remember seeing floyd rosed Mustaine models.
I would suggest going to www.digimart.net website, then searching for "mustaine" if you are looking for the very few Dave Mustaine Japanese models. I think I saw quite a few of them weeks ago. (I try not to go to those websites to often, to avoid buying guitars...hahaha)
