Help IDing the year of my KV3...

Hey guys, so I've got a King V3 and out of curiousity I'm wondering if anyone knows what year it would have been made? Model is KV3 in white with satin chrome and came originally with duncan design, so its before they switched over to real SDs. Serial is: 9627352.

That number should be for 1998-99.
