It's another asshole trying to sell a Japanese guitar saying it's made in the USA. The neck doesn't even look original. It's a mutt at best.

Only thing Charvel on that is the neck plate. And it's a Japan neck plate at that.
You can tell by the control cavity route it isn't a J/C body.
Neck looks like a cool part.
