Need Help! 84 Jackson RR Student, San Dimas Tribute or Charvel R-U38

Hey guys. So I have a trade in the works and I get to choose between several guitars. I've narrowed my decision down to an 84 RR Student, a San Dimas Tribute or a Charvel R-U38. I've been away from the scene for awhile and just getting back into playing and my knowledge isn't great.
One thing worth noting, the guy refurbishes these guitars so to speak. So I' don't know if all parts match although the RR is a neck thru so that has to be original. He says the Tribute and R-U38 are original.
Anyway, what would you guys choose?

So I'm just going to share all of the pictures he sent me. I don't have detail pics of everything, but he would probably send if I asked. As I said he restores these and most are not finished. He said I can pic anything pictured.

Value is a consideration here, but I am also interested in anything that is going to be a great player. If it's a keeper then value is maybe a tab bit secondary.

So you think the Rhoads. He said he'd paint it whatever color I want. Would you like to recommend a color??
I think it would look cool in a tobacco type finish, but I'm worried a non-original color would kill resale value...
