Floyd Rose is still the OEM for Jackson's sustainers and Sustainiac made the sustainer for the DK2S.
I can get replacement parts from Sustainiac, but you can only find spares for Jackson sustainers in the used market.

As several of us can attest too, sourcing something as simple as a proper fitting linear 10k intensity pot for a Jackson sustainer is all but impossible.
Forget trying to get a replacement board for a dead unit. You see maybe one or two functioning used boards per year if you're lucky.

Regarding the Sustainer boards and the components, it's probably due to an exclusive contract with Jackson, as I'm not aware of any other production model that offers them as an option.

I doubt Mike and Dan can get Jackson to send them a Jackson-made fretboard, but I'm pretty sure as luthiers they have the skill to make one.
However, as Jackson Custom Shop contractors, I'm sure they do get "guitar in a bag" shipped to them, along with a work order whereby the fretboard(s) they receive are intended for the neck(s) and body wings they also receive. I doubt seriously they ship out a 50-sack of blank ebony boards to just sit around until called for.
It's more likely that Jackson ships a mostly-to-completely built guitar to them with a blank board if inlays are to be done. Then it goes back to Jackson for whatever's left to do (such as the fretwork and binding).
