Yeah, Looks like a fake to me too. The HS shape, Trussrod cover, the arm for the trem, input jack AND especially those funky strap buttons are a dead giveaway. Not to mention a white nut on an all black hardware guitar. Search Alibaba and TradeTang for black Jackson guitar and I bet you'll find tons of that guitar with the same serial number.

The guitar copies themselves are not illegal until they put a brand logo on them. I do have 2 guitars that I am in the process of pricing out having the headstocks repainted with my own custom logo.
