  • a difference in bridge type

    hello,

I notice a drastic change in the way my picking arm adapts, depending on the bridge type on the guitar I spend the most time with. Can someone here tell me if the fixed bridge on a jackson misha mansoor model is more similar to playing a stratocaster or if it's more similar to a typical les paul?

The pics I've seen look more like a strat but it says the bridge is fixed, which makes me wonder what category it is most similar to FEEL-WISE.

Some Strats also have fixed hardtail bridges, and that feel is similar to any guitar with a standard Strat trem or any recessed Floyd.

A Les Paul will have more of a tilted back angle on the neck and have its bridge higher off the body, similar to any guitar with non-recessed Floyd.
