I just picked this guitar up as a fixer-upper. im putting all new hardware and electronics on it. this is my first time buying a aftermarket parts. Do i need to measure anything to make sure it will fit? looking to buy a bridge and pickgaurd off warthmoth. will 7/8 s pickgaurd fit without modifying? also this is my first time putting a new hard tail bridge on a guitar. Are there any measurements i need to take to make sure it will fit?

Sorry there's been no response... the CSM series is fairly uncommon, I don't expect that there are many here who even own one.

As for replacing the v-trem with a hard tail? That's not really a beginner's mod... and it's hard to say whether the mounting for whichever type of hardtail is going to match specific routing for the trem... that's like asking if the wheels for my car will fit your car. Might sound simple in theory, but there are all sorts of bolt patterns, sizes, etc...

Is the hardtail designed to fit the v-trem route?
