Just wanted to say hey & thanks for such a great site! I've got a lot of cool info (and laughs) from this forum. Just a side note: anybody remember the Charvel advertising campaign from the late 80's "We don't pay 'em, they just play 'em"? Yeah I actually got my picture in the mags with my model 2! Pretty cheesy looking back at it but I was only 17 & the chicks in school were all impressed. The chicks are all fat & goofy looking now but the model 2 couldn't be sweeter!

Hey, thanks for the welcome. No I'm not the kid screamin' at the camera (I think that dude had some issues) & I'm not from Sacramento. I'd like to forget the picture-man did I look stupid. I had the white "Miami Vice" jacket and the bandana around the neck (standard issue for the 80's). Just some idiot from PA trying to look cool. The model 2 is Electric Blue. It's been updated with an Emg81 and Schaller trem.
