The gut went away alot, but there is still a little loose skin, ecspeically in the breast area. But you wouldn't believe all the comments I get from people it's awsome. Plus the girls just dig it, I get alot more pussy now . What sucks is how much you miss the little things, like I would kill for toasted cheese sandwhichs and top ramam. The first 50 took me 5 months, the last 30 has tooken me almost 5 months. I'll end up with my goal wieght of 215 here in a couple weeks, so that's highly killer. I just want to see how much I can lose by New Years Eve.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Congrats bro!! I don't have a weight problem but I wish I had your willpower to change some other things in my life. (and believe me, they're plenty!)
Here's to your success!
Oh, and BTW, your not mad about my little comment earlier? Cooooooool!!!! Maybe you could have a little talk with Rich and tell him I didn't mean anything personal.

No offense here. I have been fat all my life, I developed a sense of humor about it when I was young.

I don't give a rats ass what anyone says. Some people like to make jokes. I thought it was kinda funny. I totally didn't care if I was fat and what others saw. I've been big my whole life, but now it's all kinda not there, and I see how people I don't know look at me as an atractive guy vs. just a good looking fat guy. I went from a 320LB OF linemen to a sleek strong Linebacker. My whole life I always thought the perfect height and weight for me to be would be 6-6 220, Well I'm not going to grow those 2in, but 6-4 200 is waht I want to be. Plus I can walk around without my shirt on to show off my tat's without a big belly of fat showing. Plus I'm much more adgile and fast racing dirt bikes, I went from a middle of the pack intermedite to a top 3 guy. I know I'll beable to controll the wieght too when I'm done by just not going overboard and working out at least 3 times a week.

Re: OK, I Want A Jackson T-shirt, What\'s a Big Guy To Do?

Hey you dieters, good work! That's cool!

Mark, I chose my words carefully for the
post. Everybody has their weakness, vice, medical problem, or whatever. As
a guy who's dealt with a weight problem
for a lot of my life, I know it sucks to
have people treat you as subhuman somehow
because you're overweight. A heroin addict or crackhead gets more understanding than an obese person. They
can pass as a "normal" person by wearing a long-sleeved shirt or running to the can to do their thing.

It's the way it is in life, and I deal with it from anonymous pr!cks al the time. When it's a thread pertaining to the problem and a few people pop in to
slam us, it's not cool. You can bet that even those who are saying no offense taken are still bothered by it. I'm sure you didn't mean to really be harsh, and we laugh because it's not as embarrasing as saying it does bother us. It's worse when someone you have some respect for tosses one out, than when it's some kid at the mall.

I'm sure many feel that we started the thread so we have it coming. If this was about cancer chemo, would people make cracks about losing your hair and puking?
Probably not. It ain't the end of the world, but just so folks know it ain't funny to us, so we ain't laughing.

Anyway, thanks for the apology bro. It won't change anything on the grand scale,
but I appreciate it.
Ron is the MAN!!!!

Re: OK, I Want A Jackson T-shirt, What\'s a Big Guy To Do?

Not that anyone cares, but I tried to put on weight. When I graduated high school, I was 6' and 160 pounds. Now, 8 years later, at 240 I'm no longer quite so lean. I trained hard and put on the weight in about 4 years. I like the fact that it is difficult to find clothes that fit sometimes simply because when I look in the mirror, I still see that little kid. In fact, when I got my first acoustic guitar when I was 8, it was bigger than I was. But, if anyone wants some help on getting fit, I got my degreee in Exercise Science and Coaching. So, if you want that Jackson T-shirt to look like a muscle-T, let me know.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">yeah thats the case with everything.. back when I was a kid people would be like "EAT MAN! you're so skinny!", I would just shrug it off or laugh, but it really got to me after hearing it so much.. well I did end up gaining later on, but I watch what I say cuz even though people act like they don't care, they usually do

5 9 and 160 lbs, and my MEDIUM, or LARGE Jackson shirts fit me fine.

You would have to be a small to be a scrawny crackhead.

Guys,

I didnt wanna start a 'fat ass' debate here. I am a big guy, I will always be one. I have tried everything and sometimes thats just the way it is, and that's cool. But let's be supportive man...I was just *****ing cuz they don't make tshirts in my size... That's all!

CAN"T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG????

oh wait...we are! heh, nevermind!

Be Cool
Mike

Nobody offers tall sizes. I'm 19 years old and 6'7" @ 250, and nothing short of XXL TALL will fit. It drives me crazy.

Oh great...now I gotta find a smiley face imoticon for tall people. Jeez...my work is never done here. Eristic, I'll see what I can do but no promises ok? If I find one do you promise not to get mad at me like Rich did?
