I honestly try to do that, but you know, it's really inconvenient to cart 4 or 5 guitars around to rehearsal, never mind to gigs. Plus, I tend to get hooked playing a certain guitar for a couple of weeks at a time, and can't put it down. So I just end up retuning. I know, I'm retarded. [img]graemlins/brow.gif[/img]

if you like your necks thin dude, I'd probably not go for the soloist. they used to be thicker compared to the kelly or rhoads lines for example..
and they're more expensive of course.

rosewood frets should be no problem though...
most guitars in your pricerange go with rosewood.

I'd probably go with a dinky too if you like that shape. [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
