That body shape is wrong, weirdly shaped cutout on lower horn, and the headstock shape looks a little off. Also, does that have a gold logo? Post some pics of the back, too.

Also, the blade pickup switch should be more centered between the volume and tone controls, and the 12th and 24th fret dots are too far apart to be real.

Not the worst looking fake I've seen, but yeah, body/headstock shape is off.
A pic of the back of the guitar would be useful because fakes usually have odd shaped cavities. Out of curiosity...is there a serial?

Note the difference in the shape of the headstock tip compared to this Jackson. Real Jackson tips are less bulky.

              96xxxxx, 97xxxxx and 98xxxxx serials oftentimes don't indicate '96, '97 and '98.

That cavity cover shape is all wrong. Nothing Jackson about it.

Extra pics appear in post 5 above. That post wasn't there when I replied (post 6). I assume newbies need their posts moderated/approved by an admin first?

Anyway, never seen that control cavity route before. Very fake guitar. My question is, why would anyone go through the trouble of faking a low-end Jackson guitar?

edit - toejam beat me to it.

Yes, some spam measure put in place last year. And he's now deleted the pics...

Don't want this thread to pop up on an image search when he goes to sell it.....
