Another "What do I have and what is it worth" thread.

Hello all. I bought this guitar about ten years ago. I knew nothing about it then, and since it has sat in a case in my closet for the last ten years, I know nothing about it now. Can any of you gurus tell me what the hell it is, or point me in the direction of some resources where I can find out more information?

As for price, I can't see them being worth any more than your typical Japanese import bolt on that can be had today for $3-500 used.
That's a pretty rare model that wasn't made long, so a motivated buyer may pay more.
