Ok guys, I've been designing this for a while, here's what I have so far:

It's obviously based on Vince's (guitarist for Prototype), but I've made significant changes, not all of them shown in the pic (hey, I can only photoshop so much, y'know?). So far the options that I want are:
Seven strings
Jackson 3+4 style headstock
Graphtec graphite nut
Ebony board with elongated shark fins (to fit the wider neck like the normal ones fit the 6 string necks)
2 Seymour Duncan JB 7 string pickups (yeah, I'm too lazy to put those in the pic so I just added another EMG)
Original Floyd Rose 7 string bridge (they're finally making those now)
Green swirl finish (matches band colors)
Sperzel locking tuners
White neck and headstock binding
I love the traditional Jackson headstock and was originally planning to stick with that, but I recently heard that if you have a straight string pull you don't need to bother with a locking nut (I'm putting graphite on there just to make sure the string doesn't get caught in the slot and throw it out of tune). I'm not absolutely sure this would work, but I'm gonna roll with that theory for now, 'cause I would LOVE to just be able to use my normal tuners and not hastle with fine tuners.
Still no idea when I'm gonna order this bad boy, I just don't have the funds now, but it will be mine eventually. What does everybody think?
Edit: Still undecided on 22 or 24 frets...
