Made in Japan and sold only in the Japanese market. The serial appears to be 1993.
Here's the '93 catalogue from Japan. Do you see it?
96xxxxx, 97xxxxx and 98xxxxx serials oftentimes don't indicate '96, '97 and '98.

It's hard to tell what it would fetch.
For a basic neck-through, I'd guess around $400-$600.
With high end features, such as ebony fretboard, real MOP inlays and neck binding, probably a bit more.

Value will depend on the model and specs, as mentioned. Is the guitar in question in the catalogue I posted?
In North America it isn't hard to find used Jackson neck thrus in the $5-700 range...hard case often included.
Since those Japanese market guitars don't show up often over here, a high end model in great shape with an ebony board, neck/headstock binding, German made Floyd Rose etc. could easily top those numbers if the right buyer comes along.96xxxxx, 97xxxxx and 98xxxxx serials oftentimes don't indicate '96, '97 and '98.
