I'm about to buy an inexpensive JS32T Rhoads. No case or gigbag included, and I have none on hand that will fit the Rhoads shape.
What cheap cases or gigbags are you guys using for your Rhoads? I'm likely reselling the guitar. I'm contemplating whether it's even worth pursuing and including the case/gigbag, or just reselling the guitar on its own.
Local classifieds website has no listings for inexpensive Flying V shape cases or gigbags.
Canadian music store chain Long & McQuade has the Jackson Multi Fit Guitar Bag (https://www.long-mcquade.com/22448/G...Guitar-Bag.htm) for CAD$52.99 + tax but none locally so I'd need to get that shipped to my local branch. I believe that's an extra $10 last time I inquired about shipping from other branches.
They also have a generic Flying V case (https://www.long-mcquade.com/12019/G...n_Flying_V.htm) for CAD$99.00 + tax, but the reviews on that page say that it's a sloppy fit. I can attest to their generic Strat/Tele cases having sloppy fit but I usually just pad the interior with small towels. A Rhoads is pointier and more worrisome, but since I'm reselling, it might be fine.
I like molded SKB cases, but I won't buy one for a guitar that is cheaper than it.
Thanks for any input!
