I am new to forum. I recently came into a Charvel bass that I would like help identifying. It's a neck through with a J/P and jazz pickup configuration. Serial number C605218. Only identifying marking. I have a few ideas but nothing solid. I have not been a fan of theses basses, but this thing is really exceptional to play. Any insight would be much appreciated.

A picture would be a big help. -
Only Neck-thru basses they made were the Model 3B and 850XL Basses. Easiest way to tell the difference is by the headstock logo .

The serial indicates 1986, so I'd guess a Charvel 3B bass.
Pics need to posted on a site such as photobucket and then copy the link here.96xxxxx, 97xxxxx and 98xxxxx serials oftentimes don't indicate '96, '97 and '98.Comment
