I will ask for more photos. Meainwhile if you think is legit, what model do you think it is? I've tried looking on google for any guitar with this characteristics and I couldn't find it. Same logo design, same headstock shape (check it's a little bigger), shark inlays, 24 fret, mic switch type, jackson humbuckers

Until I get a serial and/or find out which tremolo it is I don't know. I'm leaning towards a late '90s-early 2000's Indian made dealer run model.
There were a lot of those models at that time that were exclusive to dealers such as Guitar Center, Musicians Friend etc.
Could also be a model that wasn't released in the US or Canada considering it's in South America.96xxxxx, 97xxxxx and 98xxxxx serials oftentimes don't indicate '96, '97 and '98.

I can't comment on the guitar. But I have never seen a Jackson logo'd case with metal trim on the sides like this one. I like it, just never seen it. Has any one else seen this before?"Your work is ingenius…it’s quality work….and there are simply too many notes…that’s all, just cut a few, and it’ll be perfect."

Headstock looks odd because it is partly covered by that fur liner. Someone changed (or should I say looted) pickups, toggle switch and truss rod cover for sure. Tremolo looks like Schaller but it could be a copy also.
I am guessing that it could be KE-5FR.
I have never seen case like that before.

Are we looking at a bolt on, or neck thru, azag?

The logo or truss cover shape doesn't raise any warning signs to me on a possible limited run or non-North American market guitar from 15-20 years ago. The rest of the guitar appears too perfect in all areas to be a fake in my opinion.
Get a picture of the rear control cover if possible. The fakes never get those the correct shape.96xxxxx, 97xxxxx and 98xxxxx serials oftentimes don't indicate '96, '97 and '98.
