Why do people do these things? To strip a perfectly good graphic down to the bare unfigured wood is about as dumbass as dumbass can get.
And that neck hum route lookes crooked because one end of it is masked by the graphic.
Doc - it could be a Dinky - mine's got the ez-access lower horn route like a Fusion, but I think he's talking about the heel area itself on the back of the guitar was scalloped/recessed, not the lower horn.

Re: Just got a basket case Jackson...plz help identify
it could be a parts mutt...correct me if i'm wrong but the bridge looks like an ibanez edge...and i agree WHY strip off a graphic like that for the "natural" look....i don't understand some people...
my 2 cents

Wow...good eye...the trem is an Ibanez Edge, the guy said he lost the original trem. But the body and neck both have the same work order stamp with the same number so they are legit. It's never gonna be more than a parts player now but I'd like to know it's origin anyway.

Re: Just got a basket case Jackson...plz help identify
Is that a 'claw' route on the backroute of that tremolo?
I saw a Charvel at GC in Chicago, it was magenta, had the toothpaste logo, maple fretboard, with a 1 hum and 1 slanted single p/u config.. They were asking @ 350, but after looking at it, some yahoo routed the trem cavity even more and dropped in an ibanez edge tremolo..Occupy JCF
