Jackson Dinky Serial ID

Can someone help me identify the origin date and place of production of my Jackson Dinky. I have 2 images below for reference.

Japanese DXMG. Not sure of the year though. Someone here will be able to tell by that serial.

Should be 2002. They ran in sequence and 9686xxx was stamped Oct. 2002 in the neck pocket. Yours would have stamps as well if you're curious...and, those serials can be wonky, so the stamps MAY be more accurate.

It was 2001 or 2 that the X Series moved to Japan from India also. I remember seeing 2001 Indian serials.

This could be among the first run of MIJ X Series.
