    I know well that store.
They're 1 hour by car from me.

It's a very good store and the guys are ok, but the price for that baby is too high.
Pay attention 'cos' it's 1900Euro EXCLUDING taxes if I don't see wrong.
Plus there will be the shipping...
Oh, wow, that's cool. I'll obviously try to bring the price down, because I won't be buying the guitar in this condition at such a price. If you don't mind or have time, would you maybe go check out the guitar for me?
I know about the price, we are working on how to avoid the taxes when it gets shipped in India. But, I am not sure about the condition of the guitar. The amount of rust is really scaring me and it looks like the fine tuner for the high E string is broken! Other than that, the guitar seems good. I asked them to send me a picture of the case. Waiting.

Here you go... And I believe the seller is in Italy. Exactly what you are looking for. Instead of buying 2 guitars buy just this one.

Welcome to the party. The two guitars I wanted to buy are already sold and this one is kinda expensive. I wanna get a KV1 first. But if nothing, might just end up getting this one.

It doesn't get much better than that one. Make an offer. Good luck on whatever you choose to do.

I wouldn’t be concerned about the bridge. The 3300 or 3310’s have a small piece where the fine tuner screws in that breaks all the time where it pivots. They are very brittle but a replacement can be had for usually about $7 on eBay from whammi world. Just remember to look at the size of the square hole as they have changed and newer replacements won’t work with the older style. A lot of the time that broken part gets left as you don’t actually need the fine tuners without a locking nut. People just ignore them. As for the LSRs I love them! The perfect tuner for me. I have never had an issue with an LSR that couldn’t be corrected, and have personally never seen one actually break. Although I have purchased many guitars with what was said to be broken LSRs and found them just fine in need of a “reset”. Awesome guitars, you’ll love it.

Tell me more about the LSR tuners and this "reset" you're talking about. How would you compare them with Gotoh's or Sperzels?

The LSRs seem to be a love or hate thing. Many times people don’t like them because they don’t know how to use them. They are very easy to string once you understand how they work. As for functionality I think they’re awesome. The fine tuning ability is better than anything else I’ve used. I have a technical sheet that shows how they work and how to use them. What seems to happen more often than not is they are turned the incorrect direction and they unscrew internally. This is very easy to fix, but if you don’t they won’t operate. The other common issue is on the high e not clamping tight enough causing slippage. This is adjusted pretty easy too. Message me and I can send you the tech sheet. Good luck

Is that for the one that was a bit rough? Not a good price IMO.

I don’t know. $1800 usd isn’t crazy. Most of the KVs have some damage. You’ll see wing tip chips and damage at the very least. A really clean one can grab $2200 or even more. The KVpros are even getting $1500-$1800. The corrosion on screws is a cheap fix, and the last 3 KV1’s I purchased had the same broken string hook on the bridge. Very easy and cheap fix.

                            Good luck and and congrats

I am actually re-considering the decision to buy the beat up KV1. The price is kinda high for the condition, and I bet there are some chips and all. But if there aren't, I think I might just go ahead with the purchase. I would have wanted a better first KV1. haha. But, oh well. Anyway, I contacted a few CS dealers and apparently, Jackson are doing only the Custom Select guitars. Bummer.

Does the nut on this one seem busted? Looks weird from this angle. Here are some photos I was sent.

There's the ding and the weird angle on the high E string fine tuner.

But it seems to be in good condition overall. What strap thingies are these by the way? What did the KV1's and KV Pros originally come with ?
