  • Anyone know where to get or how to fix my tremelo arm?

    The arm for my trem on my JS30 has gone all screwey. The 'collar' is at an angle and it wont screw on properly [img]images/icons/frown.gif[/img]

    HELP PLEASE

    I'd say get in contact with Jackson's customer service, if they can't help you try a parts store, like warmoth or stew mac or other places like them.

      Here is the page at stewmac. I think this is exactly the same as the "Retro Trem Arm" from Allparts. I found one of these at my local guitar shop. If you need to order one, our fellow jcfer Doc Dryer carries them at a discount. It sounds like you've cross-threaded the collar. If the damage is to the collar only, you just need the bar. If the damage is to the male thread of the socket, then you need to install the new socket into the trem. Good luck!

        Oh yeah, the socket will come with the arm if you get the Retro Trem Arm from Allparts, and it looks like it's there in the stewmac picture. The black one is Allparts part # BP 1000-003.
