Dropping "Guitars" from Jackson Guitars

I was looking at the merchandise from the Jackson homepage and noticed that "Guitars" has been dropped from the "Jackson Guitars" logo.

It probably just me but i think "Jackson" by itself look plain... "Jackson Guitars" looks more complete especially to those who don't know what "Jackson" means.

Google/Ebay etc search for 'Jackson' only ever brings up Micheal Jackson, Jackson Brown, and so on.
This is a bad idea, it needs to stay 'Jackson Guitars'.
