Hey Holycross, there is a new 24.75" scale Jackson Soloist!!

Don't know if you know this, but the new SLS is a 24.75" scale. I just happened to be looking at the specs in the catalog and realized this. It's only 22 frets, though. http://www.jacksonguitars.com/gear/g...no=SLS_Soloist

The Sweetone Models are short scale, too, but they're 25" like a PRS or Carvin.

I'd say it was a NAMM guitar since it has a custom shop logo on the headstock. Probably pretty pricey!

that one might have been a Custom Shop model, but it's in the catalogue, has a model number and is available in a variety of finishes, so you'll be looking at US Select prices for her. Maybe a little more than a regular Soloist because of the mahogany body and neck, the body binding, etc. but I wouldn't think the price would be ridiculous.

I meant that very guitar may have been a NAMM guitar. Since it's a production model, I don't think the others will have custom shop logo's.

The KV2T is also 24.75" scale, as mentioned in another thread that Kevin Easton posted. The catalog has it as 25.5", though.

Joe, I actually like the SLS. The bridge looks like Carvins fixed bridge, very simple concept, although I could do well with a Tunamatic stopbar on that model. Jack.
