I'd like some info about Amir Derakh of Rough Cutt's camo/fighter guitars. I am especially interested in the blue and white one with the yellow 37 on it. Does anybody know what happened to that guitar? Was more than one made? I've seen the pics at the Jackson Museum, but are there any more good pics out there of Amir's guitars? Any info would be appreciated.

I'm not sure about Amir's guitars but you can go to http://www.gmwguitars.com and see that design in their archive. They can also make one for you.Occupy JCF

Yeah, I saw one similar to it on their website. I've got a body I'd like to paint, so I think I'm going to try it myself first. I'd just like to find some good closeup pictures to use as a guide. I haven't seen any of the Young Guitar mags I've got, but you'd think they would have done a feature on Amir with the guitars he used.
Thanks!

Here's a link with pics from the R.C. reunion show last year. As you'll seee, Amir still has the camo you're talking about and Paul has started wearing overalls.

Re: Amir Derakh Camo Guitars
I wonder which one of them works at the tile store?
I saw Amir with Orgy a few years back, and I really dug his guitar synth work. Never heard any Rough Cutt stuff, even though at my age I should have!

I am not much into new music, but I really do like those guys. It was a great show the night I caught them - Amir was awesome. Plus, the young guy next to me thought it was cool that an "older" guy like me went to the show.
