• Randy Rhoads - Dee

Haven't posted in awhile, mostly contributing it to my stupid internet* Im playing in a guitar competition at my school, and im playing Dee. I';ve got most of it down except I have trouble getting the part in between the

E--2--3---5--7- 5--?-----2--3--5--7--9--7------
B--3--5------------?-----3--5--7-----------------
G------------------?------------------------
D------------------?--0----------------------
A------------------?-------------------------
E------------------?------------------------

Randy does some sort of interlude between the two rising patterns, its quite, buts its enough too notice when listening to it, thanks for the help....

BTW My SL2H was supposed to be here before halloween *taps toe impatiently* so anytime soon now. pics when it comes

The missing link you seek is a fingerpicked chord, with the B note fretted on the A string and the D note fretted on the B string, with the D and G strings being picked open.

Good luck and have fun!

Remember that he overdubbed two guitars playing that, and they vary a bit here and there. When I learned Dee, I used the studio outtake version on Tribute instead of the Blizzard of Ozz one.

Exactly! I had plenty of time to work out the hard parts while he was talking, so finally at the end I had it down!
