Set necks are glued to the end of the body and neck thrus are actually one slab of wood from the headstock to the back of the body. Excuse me for nitpicking but that seems to be a common area of confusion.

                    Well serial number wise, C7 would generally be regarded as a 87. Though the thought of the Kahler... those were only used in 86... so it might well be a very early 87 guitar... who really knows [img]images/icons/tongue.gif[/img]
