<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Simple. Place a custom shop order.

Seriously, guys, it's all about demand. Despite a slightly growing popularity for TOM / string-through bridges, Floyds still blow `em into the weeds sales-wise. And Jackson already has that TOM demand covered a few diferent models (KV2T, RR1T, SLATQH).

True. Place a custom order, but like the other models you listed they're expensive. Something in the mid-price range, japanese made would be ideal.

And I noticed that they discontinued the DX6, which was a string-thru. I'm wondering if they're going to introduce a new replacement model for winter NAMM.

My only gripe is they should do a TOM/string-thru, MIJ, mid-priced guitar line. And make a bloody Kelly like that too!! I promise to buy one of each, then they can stop making them again. LOL

Nah, I hear what you're saying man. The guitar shops around here claim they don't sell hardtails as often as trem equipped guitars -- so they don't stock them. I'm lucky to have found my Ibanez SCA220, which I adore! But I really would like to add a Jackson to the family someday. Jackson and Ibanez have the best necks.

Oh, I made one of those custom shop qoute forms just for fun and it was priced at around 3 thousand dollars. What's the price difference once you take it to Guitar Center? How much is normally knocked-off?
