• Looks like Fender has learned from Charvel

I realise this should have gone under Other Manufacturers...but this could be of interest, since I recall people wanting Fender and J/C not blending their designs...and this has kind of a Charvel-vibe, imho.

A rear-routed Fender! It looks nice like that.

If it only had a matching head or any type of finish on the head, I might consider getting one. I never did like plain Fender heads.

Wow, I like that! If only it was an HH thing instead of HSS and had a Floyd Rose.

I thought they were doing that even before the buyout. I think they even had H-H and floyded versions fwiw.

yeah the rear routed, flame top definately ads a jackson charvel vibe to it. I think it'd look better w/o the flame top.

I would love that guitar if it had a maple fretboard, would be great with that color scheme.

I think this Fender has been modded because I see 2 small holes in the headstock.

I could live with the headstock I spose, but the Fender neck feel is not for me, I like JC stuff the most.

Doesn't anybody here remember that Fender INVENTED the original Strat design? Wayne Charvel merely copied the Fender body and headstock design because he liked them so well. For anyone to say that Fender copied Charvel is just pure ignorance.
