What's the history with the hot wheels flames. Was there a player that had that back in the day (kinda like George Lynch and the bengal graphic)?

Seriously, Wayne was a Hot Rod freak, and Hot Wheels was the ultimate Hot Rod toy car maker, and when they hit the blue/orange/yellow/red flame combo, it was only natural to put it on a guitar [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]
At least that's how I understand it.
Mattel officially endorsed a Strat at one time with that graphic, but it had the cheesy Hot Wheels and Mattel logos.
