basswood?

Did Charvel ever use Basswood on their guitars. Cause I thought it was mostly Alder

I thought they did at one point in the 1980s. My memory may be failing but I seem to remember my '86 Model 3 being Basswood.... But like I said, my memory may be failing me.

Yes, a large portion of, if not all, model guitars are basswood.

All the bolt-neck Models are basswood,
but the Model 6 and Model 5 family (5, 5A, 5FX) are maple neck-thrus with poplar
body wings.
