    I feel sick!!

    Man,it was a glorius day yesterday getting my WR1.Today a tragedy,my beloved '92 Rhoads Ex fell off its stand and broke the headstock in 3 places.The middle piece shattered into splinters!
    What hurts the most is it was a Christmas present from my father,who past away this Sept.15th,and my very first Jackson!! I have managed to keep it almost dead mint for 12 years and now this. Are 22 fret,dot inlay professional necks hard to find in near mint condition?I searched ebay but couldn't find one [img]images/icons/frown.gif[/img] !!

    Sorry to hear about your dad, bro. About the axe, someone here may be able to help you out.

              I'm sorry to hear about your father and your guitar bro, I know how you must feel. Sometimes good things can come from bad though, and this sounds to me like a perfect opportunity to get some sharkfins on that Rhoads! The first thing I'd do is email Kev Easton and have him be on the lookout, he found me a DK2 neck in about two weeks. Great guy to deal with too.

                Are you sure it's irrepairable? I know if that was me, I would rather have the original neck even if it was repaired, because of the sentimental value.

                  Not actually sure if it's repairable or not.I had a Kramer break cleaner then this and it couldn't be fixed (Damn these hard wood floors [img]graemlins/images/icons/mad.gif[/img] ).I need to grab some film for my camera and take a pic and send it to GMW! AS for the sharkfins, I thought about it,but I want to keep her as close to original as I can.I may have to buy the whole guitar off of ebay cheap to get the neck,but all I can find on there is performer series guitars.I sent Kevin Easton an e-mail.I hope he can help me out!
