Custom Form.. Telecaster Shape?

Forgive if this has been discussed, but I don't see the Telecaster shape on the Jackson Custom form anymore. I know they are not allowed to do the strat shape, but when did they pull the telecaster shape? Now That I just got my silverburst tele, I was contemplating ordering one in Red Ghost Flames. Is this just missing from the form, or is it another banned shape?
