Do you want a bolt on neck, or neck through? Really only you can decide which Charvel is right for you. Bolt ons any of the old Model series guitars are good. At the higher end of your budget you may find a clean Model 6 thats a neck through model, the poor mans soloist. If your real lucky you may stumble across a rare 750XL but doubtful.

Thanks. So it is a model 2. My friend's dad got him the guitar for about $3000 from a guy. My friend told me that the guy who he bought the guitar had the Charvel since he was 13 years old. The guy is around 50 years old. I don't know if my friend is making this up or not.

I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood
The most human thing we can do is comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable.
that's some pretty advanced technology for a 37 year old guitar too. It's more like 16-17 years old. Maybe the guy bought it when he was around 30, rather than 13.
Rudy, bolt-ons with the HSS layout include the Model 4, the 375, and the 475. All very good guitars that you should be able to find within your price range. If you find one on eBay, just make sure the seller is willing to ship internationally and be prepared to pay a bit more (possibly quite a bit more) to cover shipping and taxes.
I have a model 3 and i love the guitar, i am also selling my 550xl, but that is only 1 hum and 1 single (but demon hum installed) But i just saw a model 3 on ebay that didnt sell, just look, they are around.
the number of frets also has to be taken into account. a fusion has 24 frets, where the other mentioned bolt-ons have only 22 (the model 4, 375 and 375). for the money you have I would say, try to score either a model 4 or a 475.
