I lost 20 pounds in the last month by not drinking any soda at all. Just water! I used to drink soda all the time, and I had a soda belly. Start by drinking alot of water, and doing sit ups.

I gave up soda about 4 years ago, once in a blue moon i will have one, but basically all i drink is water, it is the sweets i have to cut out!

Yup, Mike Gilbert from Severed posts on here, and we shot the **** for a while, we were both pumped to hear each other live. Afterwards the drummer and I got Dusty and Mike nice and toasted [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] The boys from Severed Savior are some of the coolest dudes to hang out with, so were the Cannibal guys.

That is a Custom Shop KE2TD Kelly and it's the best guitar I've EVER owned, the damn thing plays itself, no issues what so ever!
